SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
Spend $75, get free shipping! Any delivery dates provided by Live By Love are estimates. Live By Love will send you an email when your order has shipped.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with an average shipping time of 3-5 business days.
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please make certain to ship to a secure location and double check the address you enter! Live By Love will not be responsible for lost packages or packages shipped to the wrong address due to invalid address entry at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout please email: hello@livexlove.com. We will send you a quote based on your preferred order/shipping destination. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country. Customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges. Though it is very unusual, refunds for lost packages are NOT provided so purchase at your own risk.

Shipping carriers vary by location. On average, shipping time is 6-10 business days for international orders.
RETURNS

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or return.
Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted.

Why you are exchanging
If the item or size you are wanting to exchange for is out of stock, we will email you and let you know when/if there is a restock date. Once you have contacted us, if there are no problems with your return, we will email you a return label*. Ship your item back to us with the note that includes your order number and what you are exchanging for. Once we receive it we will send out your new item!
*For international exchanges or returns, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of the return postage.
Live By Love offers refunds on a case by case basis.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not collect nor store your credit card details on our system and will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date, and you can access this information by emailing us. Any inaccuracies we will either delete or correct promptly.
